On Sunday 11 December 2011, the Underground Railroad Committee of the Morgan County Historical Society will host a Christmas Open House at Woodlawn Farm.

We plan to welcome visitors from 4pm to 6pm. There will be luminaries along the long drive approaching the farm. We will have a small bake sale and an even smaller silent action of a few items. The main attraction will be the festive decorations Gary Morris is preparing and the gathering of our committee members as we portray individuals that would have gathered at this place in the 1850's. There may be some brief memorization of Jim Murphy, but also some indoor caroling.
